Roasted Carrots with Ginger and Curry
Yukon Gold Potatoes with Sea Salt and Rosemary

Monday-
Garlic Shrimp Sauté with Spaghetti Squash
Mixed Salad with Mixed Herb Vinaigrette

Tuesday-
Chicken and White Bean Stew

Wednesday- "Halloween Night"
Terrifying Turkey Burgers Dripping with Caramelized Onion and Tomato Jam
Slashed Romaine Salad with Green Goddess Dressing
Hacked "Old Bay" Sweet Potato Fries

Thursday-
Smorgasbord Night, clean out the Frig!

Friday-
Dinner out with Friends
