Monday-
Buffalo Chicken Thighs
Great Beans with Red Onions

Tuesday-
Oven Roasted Salmon with Lemon and Dill
Ratatouille Vegetables

Wednesday-
Vegetable Chili

Thursday-
Pork and White Bean Cassoulet

Friday-
"Punt Night", a whatever is in the freezer dinner
