Tuesday-
Grilled Salmon with Five Onion Marmalade
Spaghetti Squash
Green Beans with Red Onion Confetti

Wednesday-
Roasted Chicken
Oven Roasted Root Vegetables with Balsamic Glaze

Thursday-
BBQ Pulled Pork
Jicama, Carrot, and Apple Slaw

Friday-
"Chef's night off", catchers catch can!
