Rich Pork Stew with Apples and Beer
Spaghetti Squash with Sweet Onions
Chopped Salad with Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette

Wednesday-
Turkey Meatloaf
Green Beans and Shallots

Thursday-
Sautéed Shrimp with Garlic and White Wine
English Peas and Pearl Onions with Vermouth

Friday-
Chef's Night Off - Dinner out
